The Killer (2022)

The legendary assassin Yi-gang (Jang Hyuk) retired long ago, got married and does not even remember his past. His wife goes on vacation and asks to look after the carefree seventeen-year-old daughter of her friends Yun-ji. I-gang reluctantly agrees and gives his young ward freedom, but just in case throws a tracking device. And soon after that, Yun-ji is kidnapped by a gang of human traffickers, who for some reason purposefully hunted her. Keeping track of a seventeen-year-old girl turns out to be a difficult task for an unprepared I-gang, but he has no experience in how to deal with bandits. The former mercenary has to remember everything he once knew how to bring the girl home alive and unharmed. An adaptation of the web novel of the same name by Pan Ji-ho.
