The High Note (2020)

Los Angeles. Maggie Sherwood has been working for a long time as an assistant to the popular singer Grace Davis in the nineties of the twentieth century, the singer, who is the idol of the main character, is now going through hard times, because her popularity has come to naught. Meg dreams of someday producing a former star, so she is secretly working on a new repertoire for her boss, the singer.

 

One day Sherwood met a talented, untwisted singer named David in a grocery store. The young woman introduced herself as a producer, hoping to soon make a novice performer a favorite of the public. Communicating with a nice guy, the girl gradually begins to fall in love with him, which greatly complicates her double life, in which literally every day is scheduled by the minute. Soon, the persistent assistant managed to convince Davis to leave the failures in the past and start recording the next album.
