Kompromat (2022)

The film is based on real events and tells about the incredible and very exciting events unfolding around the special agent. This story is about a French civil servant who accidentally got into an unfortunate conflict between powerful and influential state structures. At such a high level, the fate of humanity and the state as a whole is sometimes decided, and it is unknown how the fate of this or that object, which fortune will point out, may turn out.

Mathieu is a good-natured and polite diplomat, he is offered a decent position in the Siberian city of Irkutsk. He will have to lead the Alliance Francaise and try to maintain business and friendly relations between the two countries. One day his life suddenly changes, someone fabricated a case against him in the Federal Security Service. He is accused of a serious crime, arrested and imprisoned, where the man is completely isolated to prevent assistance from the French consulate.
