President Goodluck Jonathan, on thursday visited Akwa Ibom State to commissioned and also inspect live touching projects.
During His one-day Visit to the Uncommon Transformation State, Mr President laid a foundation stone for the construction of $1.8 Billion Dollars Methanol Plant in Ibeno.
Mr President couldn’t hide his exciting mode about the rapid infrastructural Development, he has witness in the state, since 2004.
In his words “Today i inspected the stadium which i laid the foundation stone 2 years ago, Am so impressed with what my eyes have seen so far. The stadium will be one of the best in Africa.
80% of the job has been completed and am sure i will be back soon to commission it.
I want to also thank the Governor for naming a fly over in my name. I commissioned the gas plant in Esit Eket and
also laid the foundation stone for
a methanol company in Ibeno.
One can imagine the wealth of job the petrochemical industry will bring to our economy.”
He latter ended his well prepared appreciation speech by saying “Gov. Akpabio’s Projects, even the blinds can see it. They are of standard…”
