…Team that ensured infrastructural Renaissance vows to ensure industralization revolution.
It is no longer news that Akwa Ibom former Governor Sen. Godswill Akpabio ensured infrastructural Renaissance with projects such as the Ibom international stadium (best in west Africa), the Ibom first anniversary hospital (best in Africa), the Ibom e-library, the sharaton by 4-point hotel, the massive gigantic road construction network spreading all over the state with flyovers, bridges, water fountains, street lights., the free and compulsory education etc. etc. etc.
Political analyst are of the opinion that all the monumental achievements wouldn’t have been possible without a strong, vibrant, dedicated, result oriented team. Gov. Udom Emmanuel who has hit the ground running with the revitalization of the peacock paint industry, the evaluation for revamping of Akwa palm industry, the setting up of technical committee for the full implementation to completion of the Ibaka deep seaport project etc.
It is pertinent to note that eminent people like Barr. Enoidem, engr etido Inyang etc have been contributed immensely in seeing to the progress made so far by Udom’s government as the have been part of the Ibaka deep seaport and transition committees. The new administration aims to end unemployment by creating jobs and it doesn’t want to “test run” hence its resort to experienced and result oriented hands to help it deliver on its promises.
