AFCON 2017: Blame NFF for Nigeria's failure – Sport Minister Tells Angry Fans

Minister of sports, Barrister Solomon Dalung has apologized to Nigerians suggested that the NFF is to blame for the loss to Egypt.

The Super Eagles defeat to Egypt means Nigeria can no longer qualify for AFCON 2017 Minister of sports, Solomon Dalung has given his thoughts after Nigeria’s failure to qualify for the 2017 African Cup of Nations. Ramadan Shoby scored in the secured half to condemn Nigeria to a defeat hence making it mathematically impossible to qualify for the AFCON 2017. Nigeria and Egypt played out a 1-1 draw in Kaduna last week.

Egypt has seven points while Nigeria has two points with just one match to go for the two teams in the qualifying stages.
